Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.

I normally have very good experiences with Breeze. The crew is great, pricing is excellent, and the planes are new and usually clean. This time in Huntsville we were delayed, which I understand can happen, however we were moved from one gate to the opposite side of the terminal and then back again... There was a lot of confusion. Also, my seat had a lot of food crumbs still on the floor where I had to stow my bookbag, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, all was good. Crew was great as usual!
Our flight was delayed 7 hours. Due to a change in equipment we were downgraded from "Nicest" to "Nicer," even having to pay for a soft drink. Disappointing. To Breeze's credit that issued a $100 flight credit. A refund would have been more appreciated.
Lost my luggage and terrible experience with customer service trying to track it down
I was surprised with Breeze Airlines. It was my first time flying with them, and I was hesitant. It was a great experience. The seats are really comfortable. You have much more space than other airlines, and they are better quality seats. The service was amazing, and we landed almost an hour before schedule. It was an amazing experience; I really recommend Breeze Airlines.
They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.
Your seats do not recline more than 2”. That’s a shame on a 5+ hours flight especially overnight flight. Garbage airline

It was a terrible flight! We were delayed 2 hours just sitting on the plane on the way from San Diego to Raleigh. Coming back, we were delayed again in Raleigh for about 40 minutes, when we got to San Francisco, we got delayed again due to no gate available. We missed our flight to Fresno due to all the delays!!! We had to wait in a long line to get compensated to stay in a hotel and this was about mid-night! The staff that talked to us did not even apologize for the inconvenience that happened! We were already tired from traveling and we had to deal with all the delays! The company has no consideration of their customer's time. We completely wasted one whole day just dealing with this delay and had to get another sitter for our dog because we couldn't get home that night. This experience was very bad and I would not want to fly Alaska airlines again and would not recommend it to anybody!
We got in the plane late we still got to our destination on time. I wished Airlines would make people that put their luggage above were smaller maybe they would all fit and get them out easier customers like myself pay for her luggage in the back when your in a hurry to go to another destination it’s very frustrating for everyone to take their time to get their luggage down and wait because they don’t want to pay.
My trip was delayed by more than two hours and missed my connecting flight to Fiji due to delayed they have to change my flight to United Airlines and stranded in San Francisco for 24 hours waiting for United next flight after almost 3 days I finally arrived in Brisbane airport but my luggage wasn’t here and now I still don’t have my luggage and still without my clothes and my needs. The first full day of my vacation is horrible because I don’t have any clothes and still trying to contact airline for luggage update and hopefully they will tell me the truth instead of misleading me and I end up waiting around without enjoying my vacation time here in Brisbane.
Poor transfer conditions at LAX almost missed flight. Long walk and delayed shuttle ..avoid at all costs
I was offered a selection of drinks and given a free snack. The flight was only a couple of hours, but we were trreated better than the transatlantic flight.

Packed old plane with uncomfortable seats. Great crew, especially Tara who was helpful to many. No water offered. Hard landing. Discount pricing is the benefit!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.
Airline was the only available airline during the Southwest cancellation. It was easy to book. Lowest available fair. Convenient airports. Everything was great. Problem was, they didn’t release what gate flight was departing. The woman at the ticket booth didn’t know which terminal they were boarding and wanted me to wait in 30+ minute line versus telling me to look for flight kiosk. Burbank gate was packed. Otherwise the flight was perfect!!
Barely room for the tray table to come down. Clearly a budget airline that overcharges for every additional service.

Old 757 with poor entertainment system. United no longer partners with United for free text and email. O'Hara an absolute disaster! Limited gates clauses two hour delay. Unfortunately this appears to be the norm.
The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM

Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
There was a piece of plastic baked into my buttermilk biscuit! I have a pictures. The flight attendants in first class were really apologetic, and tried to rectify the situation. I I am very appreciative that they were able to give me some packets of pretzels and gummy bears. I understand they don't personally handle the food until warming it up so I know it wasn't their fault. I don't know whether it was a newer aircraft, or different food packaging, but I was happy that when the food was being warmed up - it didn't smell like plastic. Jokes on me with finding plastic in my food.
The seats were uncomfortable, as if the cushions haven't been switched out in many years. I felt like I was on an old bus. The food was delicious. thank you. Onboard entertainment, very limited. Unless you like violent movies. Why in the world would you have such severely violent movies on a plane? if you don't want to see such things, you don't have a choice. Have you considered that when choosing entertainment? Good god. Why would you have the Godfather? Or black women being brutally beaten with a club? Why in the hell would you put that kind of material on a plane? As for Kayak: Why when I ordered Qantas, was the plane on United?
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
