Our rental car broke down on the highway. Enterprise transported us to this location and promised a replacement. When we arrived the Manager would not give us another car until the original car was towed to them. AAA said it will take hours to do so. So, our six hour car trip was delayed by 24 hours and we ended up renting another car from Hertz. Then it took three days of calling to customer service to get a refund. STEER clear of Enterprise at the Atlanta Airport. This was my worst rental car enperience in 38 years of renting cars. HORRIBLE and incompetent staff.Reviewed Jan 2 2025

This was my first experience with Enterprise. The Alpha Romeo Stelvia I rented was in fair shape but I have never rented a car that had over 40,000mi on the odometer!
