They gave us an old car with a spent battery. The battery died and they took 2.5h to send someone to jump it, and they would not send us a replacement vehicle. While on vacation, we had to drive back to the airport to get a replacement. Terrible experience.Reviewed Aug 4 2024

The representative was nice, accommodating and helpful to those stranded. However, he did not mention the car we rented was an upgraded vehicle. The cost was high. Fantastic, easy, reasonable price! We got stuck in the Atlanta airport after a delayed flight caused us to miss our connection. We realized it would be faster to rent a car and drive to Orlando than to wait 12 hours for the next available flight. At the last minute we booked a vehicle and we were surprised when we were given a brand new Mercedes with only 8 miles on it! Our experience with Dollar made our abysmal travel day much more enjoyable. Quick booking, quick check in process, quick pick up, and quick drop off.
