Excellent. We were upgraded for free. The car was very nice and accommodated our needs well. When we returned the car, my husband accidentally left his wallet on the counter. A few minutes later the associate came running after us to return it promptly! My only complaints are that I didn’t love the air freshener that they used…it was kind of a heavy smell. And for the drop off, the email sent didn’t have very clear instructions on where to park and what the drop off process was.Reviewed Dec 9 2023

They don’t tell you that you don’t have winter tyre in the middle of the winter: with snow outside )) . So, you drive at your own risk. So, they should work on that!Reviewed Dec 8 2023
