Not good at all. When I arrive there, they said I canceled my car in January when I had just booked it two weeks before so then they found me another car and of course the price went up. And then there was all these other added fees. Then when I returned the car, I got three bills, and one bill was added $300 more than the other. Still trying to take care of this. W re reserved a car to go on a leaf peeping trip and when we arrived to pick it up, they were all out of cars. We ended up cancelling our reservation and paying double with another rental company but at least they had a car for our reservation.Reviewed Oct 6 2024

Great rental experience in Bari. Nice car. Took out kayak insurance when booking. No hassle at counter to buy additional insurance. Took photos of car on pickup and return. No vehicle issues. Dropped off car at 6am. No attendant. Parked I. Their lot and stopped off keys inside terminal at Thrifty counter. Easy experience. One thing worth mentioning....fill up car night before. Using the gas pump near the airport was challenging. Luckily a local helped us out. Pump required pin for our credit card. Luckily we had it. When I click for full size truck and I end up getting Santa Cruz it like half car and truck the purpose I request is full size truck I have stuff to put back of truck bed and going to the hunting lease I hope it have done better for next timeReviewed Sep 30 2024

We never got either a car or a person with Kayak to address the situation. Our planned trip was long distance to a remote area. We intentionally rented a gas powered vehicle, and when we arrived, all they had available was electric with insufficient charge. We tried both calling Kayak and working with the online system, neither of which would accept our reservation number or connect us to a human being. We ended up contesting the charge with our credit card company...and never got to take our trip!Reviewed Sep 30 2024
