Pros: RC and Angel were both very friendly and helpful throughout the pickup process. RC especially provided excellent customer service.
Cons: I think the site should have better updates of actual car availability. It shouldn't allow you to reserve a certain type of car unless one is actually available in real time.
Pros: It was an ok car
Cons: I returned the car less than an hour late, but it's 5 minutes before closing. Did I really deny them a full day's worth of renting out the car? No, but they took a day's worth of money. Real fuckin' nice
Will never consider again.
Cons: Information that was needed was not marketed and I was not notified I needed. When I arrived, I was dropped off expecting to leave with a rental vehicle. To my surprise, there were several additional items I needed to rent a vehicle, and because I was NEVER ADVISED, could NOT leave with a car. I will never consider renting a car again.
Enterprise at Longo Toyota is the WORST
Cons: The car was fine on our 8 day road trip. When I returned it, Luis at Enterprise claimed that I was responsible for two cracks on the front bumper. Luis was not the same Enterprise agent that originally checked out the vehicle to me. One crack was so fine that is was nearly invisible. The other was about one half inch--much smaller than the size of a golf ball, which is the parameter that is used to identify damage when the vehicle is initially inspected. I told him that I had not hit anything with the car and nothing had hit me, so that crack had to have been there when I rented it and it was not documented because of its small size and was simply missed. He said that cracks were "different" and that Enterprise would never have rented the car in that condition because that would ruin Enterprise's fine reputation. Well they have now ruined their "fine" reputation with me. They forced me to pay my 500 dollar deductible on my regular insurance policy despite the fact that I completely dispute any fault and that I had also purchased additional rental coverage through a third party insurer. This Enterprise office was hundreds of dollars less expensive for this rental than any other local Enterprise affiliate. Perhaps this is the way they recoup costs. When I initially picked up the vehicle and they discovered I had booked through Kayak.com and paid for additional rental coverage through that booking, they urged me to cancel that reservation and insurance coverage so that I could purchase additional rental coverage directly through Enterprise. I declined. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. I have used other Enterprise offices on many occasions and have always had good experiences. This has changed my opinion of the company in general.
Pros: They were so helpful everything was absolutely perfect
Enterprise made all inconsistencies corrected
Pros: Discounts given fo problems faced. great rate.
Pros: The service
Cons: The car was cheap. Not even an arm rest for passenger. Surprised the windows were automatic
Great upgrade to Fullsize
Pros: I love promo they are running during holidays The fullsize car I upgraded to provided my with more space and was the quietest ride ever. It also helped to have a backup camera to help me park. I wish all cars had this feature
Cons: They only had in black which proved to be hot in the California sun
Cons: I booked w/Kayak for a car in LAX. What I got was a car in some other Los Angeles location. Yes, it was a good price but I had to pay 3 times the arrangement. The rental agency said this happens all the time!!! How horrible for Kayak to not alert us to the location. I requested LAX car. How am I to know the actual street address for each rental agency??? At no time did the Kayak program state that I was booking so many miles away from the airport and that a shuttle bus was not provided? If I request a car at LAX, I expect a car at LAX. If I wanted a car downtown Los Angeles, I would have requested a different location. Kayak has a responsibility to state a warning that the car will be X miles away from LAX. And to find out that this happens often clearly puts some responsibility on Kayak for alerting their patrons to exactly what/where they are renting.
