Pros:The staff, both when I picked up and when I returned the car, were professional and courteous. Especially important during these pandemic times, the crew at the Enterprise made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come here again when I need to rent a car.Reviewed Feb 19 2021

Pros:NothingCons:The branch was closed due to covid. I had booked weeks ago and still to this day, kayak, enterprise and pricelines websites all say this branch is open. I ubered to this branch, it was closed and proceline said all they could do for me was cancel my reservatuon which meant i was still left without a rental car. I had to quickly uber to a further enterprise to get a car costing me a couple of hours and $30 in u planned ubers.Reviewed Jul 28 2020

Cons:The car was filthy. I wiped everything down and was told they santize it before we took the car. The car also had cigarette burns on the seat and stains on the seat. I was extremely concerned about the dirtiness of the car. I hope I don’t get covid 19Reviewed Jul 21 2020

Great upgrade to FullsizePros:I love promo they are running during holidays The fullsize car I upgraded to provided my with more space and was the quietest ride ever. LAXCons:I booked w/Kayak for a car in LAX. What I got was a car in some other Los Angeles location. Yes, it was a good price but I had to pay 3 times the arrangement. The rental agency said this happens all the time!!! How horrible for Kayak to not alert us to the location. I requested LAX car. How am I to know the actual street address for each rental agency??? At no time did the Kayak program state that I was booking so many miles away from the airport and that a shuttle bus was not provided? If I request a car at LAX, I expect a car at LAX. If I wanted a car downtown Los Angeles, I would have requested a different location. Kayak has a responsibility to state a warning that the car will be X miles away from LAX. And to find out that this happens often clearly puts some responsibility on Kayak for alerting their patrons to exactly what/where they are renting.Reviewed Nov 6 2016
