I was unable to pick up the car because I didn’t have a credit card. I traveled to Albany for nothing after experiencing a transportation emergency. I made a reservation for a passenger van. This was clearly confirmed by Kayak. When I arrived, they only had a cargo van. The first person I spoke to was helpful, and said they could convert my reservation to a suitable car for a small additional payment. Although this was not what I ordered, it was an acceptable compromise in the circumstances. When he took the matter to his supervisor, the supervisor was rude and dismissive, and said "Sir, your cargo van is over here. Let's go". Therefore, do not go anywhere near Enterprise rent-a-car in Zaragoza.Reviewed Aug 16 2026
