Cons: I made my reservation for 6pm through a third-party site (kayak). And I was not notified that the shop closed at 6pm, or that it was urgent that I arrive on time because the staff leaves right away. So when I got there, at about 6:08pm, everyone was gone. And I called the customer service line but they said there was nothing they could do. So it was irritating that I had to pick it up the next morning and pay the full day price for just a couple hours of use.
Also, when I came in the next morning, the staff member skipped over me to help the man that came in after me while I still waited to be helped. He knew that I came in first but greeted the other man and helped him while I had to sit and wait for the other staff member to finish up with his customer. It was very uncomfortable and strange.
Cons: Did not get a Full Size Car as requested, received a SUV. Car only had 3/4 of a tank of gas.
Canceled due to injury
Pros: Allowed me to cancel rental because of canceled trip.
Cons: Nothing.
