I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Leg room was good. Seat pockets were good. Especially the one for menu. Personal Explanation for potential of needing help since i came on a wheelchair was excellent! That has never happened to me flying before. It happened before many passengers had boarded and the attendant leaned way over in front of me. Great help with my carry on since i was in a wheelchair. I was surprised about cost of drinks and snacks. Didn't know there was no free snack. I was cold on both legs of flight. Asked for a blanket but none was brought. Does Breeze even have them? Temperature was adjusted for a short time. Had to put on jacket and put a shirt from my carry on across my legs. Guy next to me pulled his collar up. My nose was cold to touch. I asked flight attendant if they always kept it that cold. She said she thought they had adjusted the temp. When i suggested she feel how cold my nose was, she said she would note it. Casual dress of crew was interesting to me. I thought tennis shoes was very practical. Observed the captain had gone to get food at a fast food place for the crew before we took off. They did not have time to go having moved from one plane to the next at a different gate than planned. Thought that was great commaradiery! And i told him so. Hard to reach call button and air control. Gate staff suggested we use restrooms before boarding since one on board was so small. Thought that was amusing and thoughtful. Pilot made announcements about delays--mechanical warning light, weather delay, traffic on runway and construction near gate and weather where we were landing. Interesting about crew having to do cleanup. Nice about offering upgrades a couple days before flight. Nice sbout sending reminder to check in.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.

Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. The crew canceled the complementary snack and drink in anticipation of turbulence that never materialized. I was counting on the drink (water) to take the the doses of medication - prescribed for my heart condition - that were due during the flight. Since no snack or meal was served on this flight, I cannot rate the food quality. Otherwise, this flight was excellent.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
The WiFi was out gr entire flight. Had to Diane for almost 1 hour to wait for a gate to open up for plane to dock. Very bad experience.
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.
It was significantly delayed. Also the admirals club in Philadelphia airport near Gate B is absolutely filthy. Good was on the floor. Flies on the cheese. And the men’s restroom had pools of urine on the floor. I am not using that lounge again.
It was good overall. On my transition from Philadelphia to Boston,the gate information wasn't correct. When I went to check the gate information; I found out that my flight was boarding clear across the airport at another gate. Fortunately I rushed over there and made it on time while they were in the middle of boarding.
For the first time in all my travels I found the arm rests very inadequate and painful. The arm rest between me and the passenger to my left was thin and didn’t support either of us. On the right side, (window side) the armrest was thin and short causing me pain mid-arm.

Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
