The staff was excellent. Phil was the person who checked me in and also checked me out when I returned. He was able to answer all of my questions and I did have a lot, and let me know I made the right decision to pick Enterprise.Reviewed Aug 2 2021

Pros:The staff was easy to work with and helpful.Cons:Someone had smoked in the car. The waiver I purchased was not from a third party, not what I wanted. I shortened the rental, but did not get a refund of the waiver for the days I did not use. The smoking smell of the vehicle was pretty bad.Reviewed Oct 5 2019

Cons:At dropoff, the agent tried to stick me with a $1,000 charge for a scratch that was not at my fault, or even recognized at pickup. I took it to another location and they did not make a big deal about it. It cost me an extra days rental.Reviewed Oct 9 2018

Comfort carPros:Car was comfortable. Don't spend a lot of gas. Friendly to use.Cons:-Need to re fuel coolant. It was at the minimum Line and my reservation was clear I was going from Atlanta to NC. -Back break light was off. -Need to change oil message continues to appear in the info panel. -the pick up time at the office was not great. The lady was making faces as she was upset whith the time we are taking to finish the process. Lack of good communication. At the end of the process the drop off place was incorrect.Reviewed Jun 25 2017
