Pros:Did not have car I ordered. Tried to get me to take smaller car. I refused. Was given a hard time by salesman and then he went away. Tried to speak to manager, was ignored. Staff very unfriendly. I had to leave without a car. Was a disaster. I went to Avis and was treated as a customer should be. Rented a car to my choice for 2 weeks.Cons:more honest treatment of a customer. A manager that would listen to my problem. A less hostile attitude. Have used Enterprise in the past, would never use again.Reviewed May 1 2021

Pros:The entire check-in process was very quick (under 15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and I'm extremely grateful that the pickup truck option was available. The truck was excellent. I'm very pleased with my whole experience.Cons:Beware that Enterprise does not necessarily pick you up. The corporate website says "within 10 miles, non-airport." But, what you'll find is that the 10 mile radius is not followed. Instead, each Enterprise location goes by MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES. So, even if you're within 10 miles of an Enterprise location, but across a suburb/town line, they will not pick you up. That was disappointing.Reviewed Apr 21 2021
