Terrible service
Pros: Scheduled a pickup. They never showed. And then the office closed. No other Enterprise office would honor the reservation price.

Wonderful to deal with
Pros: The first car we were given smelled of smoke. I brought it back and the manager Bret exchanged it without a fuss. He even upgraded us for free. Would definitely rent from them again.
