Pros: Super easy pickup and dropoff, cheap rates, and all the employees wearing suits - one with a super snazzy bow-tie - awesome!

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. I like the time that they spend with each customer.
Cons: I had no CD player which mean I wasn't able to study as I drove. The radio had a shortage and it didn't always work.

If you are expecting to get a car at a specific time/day book elsewher
Pros: Booked the car 2 days before, reached out a day before and they confirmed it would be available on time. Then I called again the next the morning to make sure I get it on time; and at that time they told me to call back after 4 hours, and may be if someone returns the car we can give it to you. I mentioned that I was given a confirmation for a car and doesn’t need to be the one I booked for and I don’t mind taking any. She told me they have only 5 cars and they are not expecting me back. Then I reached out to the enterprise main customer service to find out if they had any near by and they promised a call back and they never did.
Cons: They did not have a car for me as promised and didn’t even bother to call me back and let me know they don’t have one. Even the enterprise main office never gave a call back after promising to reach back.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.Reserved a basic economy car for a very low price.Got a quadruple upgrade to a Hyundai Santa Fe The car was clean and comfortable. Drop off was a breeze and included a quick ride home. A great experience.
