Pros: Professional and friendly
Cons: Nothing it was great
Pros: The drop off was easy. The car was filled to half when I got it. So i didn’t need to put much gas in.
Cons: I do not like the notice that I am still responsible for the vehicle after drop off since they are closed. I was basically coaxed into dropping the $9 Allianz insurance and purchasing their $25 a day insurance because apparently Allianz would not cover me quick enough in case of an accident.
No heat in a winter storm
Pros: The heater went out half way through the first day. It was 11 degrees when we arrived at our destination. We had five more days without a heater in winter storm Decima.
Cons: When I returned car was told I would get confirmation email shortly to confirm billing. That was at 9am...it's now 3am next day and no email confirmation. Guess I have to call. A waste of my time and theirs
