Awful. Stop pushing EV as rental choice. There aren’t any charging stations in and around the Ft Lauderdale area, all of the locations I was directed to were either broken or not there at all. (I had requested a Tesla which would not have been an issue, but was given a Ford Mach E). Get a better procedure before renting out vehicles because I turned away two because of cleanliness and marijuana odor.Reviewed Jul 24 2024

Poor service, bad attitude, the office is too busy with excuses. Make reservations to pick up at 8 am and not ready till 10:30. Car was not cleaned, dog hair was on the car. Few trash left. When I return the car, the girl I believe she is a manager wants me to send the proofs that dogs hair was there before I pick up and vacuum the car or she will charge me. I don’t recall they give me the clean car when I pick it up. Never have problem with budget in the past. This is the first time that I have bad experience.Reviewed Jul 24 2024

Customer service was the worst. Blew a tire in a grand wangoneer no spare so sat for three hours on the highway til i paid a guy for a used tire. took another day to get a replacement car. who rents a truck with no spare ?
