It was ok. The personnel at the counter should have a better attitude and provide better customer service. The gentleman who took care of me was borderline rude. On the other hand, the vehicle was very clean, but it had a very bad smell. We had to lower the windows for a while.Reviewed Sep 29 2026

This is the third Budget vehicle I've rented that is dirty. It's getting ridiculous. Every surface is dirty. Food, crumbs, spills, a messy windshield. One or two cars before this there was still auction paint on the window.Reviewed Sep 29 2026

I had to wait for about an hour to get the car as the line was extremely long and there were only two agents trying to deal with it all. When I got to one, he was efficient and it all went smoothly, but the wait was awful. The car itself was good and I liked it. Getting the car was easy and so was the return. The original rental I was given had a heavy smell of cigarettes and pot. It was like a wall hitting me when I opened the door and I did not even get in the car. The Budget employee at the desk was very helpful and prompt getting me a different car but this should not have happened to begin with.Reviewed Sep 27 2026

Initial vehicle had a strong odor of smoke and burn marks. The alternate vehicle had a lot of pet hair throughout and not clean at allWhen I called to switch it out I was told to drive back to the airport which was 45 minutes to an hr away.Reviewed Sep 27 2026
