They called an hour prior to my pickup time to tell me that there were no cars available at that location. I had to Uber to the airport location 30 min away and wait in line for over 30 min for them to send me to the Avis desk. The vehicle was rented to us with a bad front tire that was dry rotted. Didn’t notice it at the time of delivery. We noticed a chunk of rubber missing from the side of the tire on one of our stops. A blowout at 70 miles per hour would’ve been a horrific tragedy for my family in that 12 passenger van. Being that we had 4 generations traveling in that unsafe vehicle.
