DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR ME - I Reserved it weeks in advance
Pros: They did not have a car for me even though I had made a reservation weeks in advance.
Cons: They found me a car at Hertz and gave me a ride there to get the car

Cons: They cancelled on me the day of the pick-up. Terrible help after the cancellation as well. I was basically on my own and never found a car.

No Cars at Pick Up?
Pros: Car was fine.
Cons: Even with a reservation, they did not have any cars at my time of pick up. UNACCEPTABLE. Myself and two others were in same position. I lost an hour of my day waiting for them. When cars arrived, I told them I did not need it cleaned, but they did it anyway (taking additional time to do so of course).
