Cons:It was a terrible experience. They let people around me keep renting cars on multiple credit cards but when my card got declined once because my European bank blocked it their system shut down. I managed to solve the issue in 5 minutes over the phone with my bank but they wouldn't take my card anymore and didn't let me rent the car unless I had another credit card. I don't know which world we live in but having 300 credit cards at my disposal is not part of mine. Additionally, that specific branch was a shithole and the employees were unhelpful. They were asking me for bills (phone...) which I would provide and then would reject the proof of payment and ask for more stuff. I will NEVER try to rent a car there again and wish I could find a way to get reimbursed for the two Ubers I had to pay to go to the branch and back.

Pros:Friendly staff and painless pickup and drop off.
Cons:The gasoline scam that these rental car companies run is a joke. Just fill the tank up! Don't make me return it with "3/8 of a tank". It's such an obvious attempt to gouge your customers.

Pros:I booked the car at a location far away from my apartment in order to get the deal I found on kayak. I double checked with the location that they would be able to pick me up and was told yes both times. An hour before I'm supposed to get the car and start my 8 hour drive they told me they don't pick up as far away as I live. Disaster! In the end they honoured my rate and moved my reservation to my local location. The customer service was wonderful as was the car but the call centres need to know the policies much better as that misunderstanding was a huge inconvenience and made me leave late for my trip.
