Pros:The staff was responsive to my needs and very helpful. Make sure you consider insurance and GPS needs prior to arriving. You should get both if you don't have adequate coverage from your personal insurance company...or have a GPS option. Also, do not get a manual shift. It's challenging enough to drive with an automatic. It is preferred to get a diesel vehicle as 70% of the cars in Ireland are diesel. The roads are narrow...get a "small" car!! Over all it was a positive experience and I will use Enterprise again when in Dublin.
Cons:Transfer from the airport to the car lot is confusing. Make sure to clarify how to get transported to the car lot.
Pros:I thought the team at enterprise were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I had been let down by easirent so enterprise were able to provide a car for me
Pros:Needed to wait more than half An hour But staff was really friendly. Great value for money. Close to the luas so perfect for picking up the Car.
Pros:The staff was sooooo nice and friendly! They made the process smooth and easy and answered all my questions.
Nabin was very helpful and courteous.
Cons:The personal service from Sean on our pick up to James on our drop off was easy and efficient.
Pros:I didn't get insurance.. broke a mirror and they added insurance after the fact. Changed a near 3000 euro bill into a $250 euro deductible plus daily insurance fees.
Cons:Gasoline is so expensive due to liters.. not on website.. not close to advertised price

Pros:The car and service was excellent. A bit more attention to the cleanliness of the outside back of the car needed but not a major.
Cons:Insurance. There was not stress free insurance . There was an excess even though premium insurance was paid for. Would not use again because of this. Sad because everything else was perfect.
Pros:Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Went out of their way to make sure our trip was a success and the staff was very friendly.
