They were out of cars on the day I had booked. I did not end up getting a vehicle and had to use communauto instead.

I had to cancel because the addresses on the enterprise and kayak confirmation e-mails were different, and in fact, in parts of the cities very far apart, despite the fact that I specifically used the map feature on your website to search a place to rent from

I had booked a Compact VW Golf or similar. I was given a crappy Mitsubishi Mirage with 78hp, no apple car play, and the trunk wasn’t even big enough for one suitcase. A VW Golf base version has more than double the horsepower, Apple car play and a trunk you can fit two suitcases in. Had I known I was going to get a crappy Mitsubishi I would have either looked at what better models were offered or gone somewhere else. The people themselves were nice enough but I shouldn’t get the cheapest of the cheap cars if I book a golf.

I reserved a car for my parents and they were very happy and impressed by the customer service they received. Sometimes my family requires a little patience and I really appreciate the time and care the enterprise associates had given them. Excellent job!
