I reserved a car for my parents and they were very happy and impressed by the customer service they received. Sometimes my family requires a little patience and I really appreciate the time and care the enterprise associates had given them. Excellent job!

There never was a car. You’re website promises rentals for for companies that don’t work with third party websites. I lost 200 dollars for insurance on nothing.

During pick up I thought I was attending a circus act! Very unorganized and uncaring group of workers. The lady at the front desk was excellent but the experience after that was chaotic! It took one and a half hrs.to finally get the vehicle we ordered two months earlier. They had the four of us outside standing in a windy cold morning telling us every 10 minutes that the car would be ready in 10 minutes. No bathroom and no place to sit. Very unprofessional!
