Pros:Good price, friendly employees, convenient location
Cons:Was a bit confusing - didn't know we needed to check in INSIDE the lobby (signage for this poor in airport). Luckily the kind employees did the paperwork for us inside the car parking lot.
Pros:I got precisely the car I wanted, was processed at both pickup and drop-off in a rapid and professional manner. Great (almost new) car.
Cons:Though I did hit a curb and wreck a tire, the emergency road service was less than stellar - left hand and right seemed out of touch with each other. Too, the >$100 hit for the bad tire seemed a bit stiff.
Pros:Quick.
Pros:Comfortable new car that was reliable. But...
Cons:Upon return they point out a tiny tear in the drivers side tire. I'm talking 1cm deep and 3cm wide, in the tread (not side wall). Was told it would be a discussion but by the time I got off my flight home I had been charged $2000CAD and was only left a 30 second voicemail. Unbelievable.
Pros:Friendliness of staff - seems like they have had some training in US customer service
Cons:My rental car had issues so had to find an alternative car. But not such a big deal really. Staff all wanted to shake hands - must be a new training thing - unnecessary in my opinion.
Pros:We were upgraded to a Mazda S6. Very nice car. Absolutely no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. They dropped us at a train station after we returned the car.

Pros:The customer service was wonderful--straightforward and friendly. Definitely the best experience I've ever had when renting a car. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and fuel-efficient.
Pros:The service was great. We knew to purchase tire insurance from our last trip and asked for it immediately. With this and the great road side assistance, when we got our flat at a particularly frustrating part of our trip, it was one less thing to worry about. Everyone was amazing in getting us sorted and back on the road.
Cons:There was no spare tire to help us limp along to the nearest repair shop. We had to walk a good ways to get reception on our cell and ended up missing the recovery driver on our way back. Not to mention blocking a rather important passing place on a single track road on a day all other roads out of the city were blocked. Not cool. A spare would have helped alot.
Pros:Super friendly staff, helpful, pick up and drop off service, quick car collection and drop off,
Cons:Nothing!
