Pros:The car was clean.
Cons:I reserved a car for pick up at the airport 2 months before my trip. Upon arriving at the airport I was told that my car was not available at that location, the location that did have that car was closed and my only option was £360 more. My entire booking which I paid for ahead of time was supposed to be £73 I ended up paying an additional £360. Further despite information on Kayaks booking there is no hertz at the dalcross airport in inverness and drop off took forever. I will never use kayak or hertz in the U.K. again.Emo
Pros:Car performed very well. Customer service at airport pickup was informative and patient.

Pros:Fantastic support!! Got a puncture in the tire but everyone was wonderfully helpful and got through it with ease!

Pros:Lovely staff on the desk, very helpful and friendly. Nice clean var.

Cons:Be prepared at drop off to feel like you have done something wrong by renting one there cars. Make sure to purchase or have some additional collision damage. Espically if you are not from the U.K.

Cons:When we dropped off our car we informed the guy inspecting the car of the absolute horrible GPS and the windshield wiper fluid that smelt like cat pee. He just said oh, okay! Then he started the car and used the windshield wiper fluid and said "yep, it stinks" and then handed us out receipt and walked away!

Pros:The car, a brand we had never even heard of (a Seat Leon), was comfortable, compact, thoughtfully designed, quiet, and a pleasure to drive.
Cons:They could have given us a manual or instructions on the Infotainment system. It was not easy to work out what all the functions were and how to use them, and we didn't even find the CD player (in the glove compartment) until near the end of our trip.
Pros:The staff member who helped me with pickup was so kind and helpful! I really appreciate her patience. (I think her name was Anne, but I don't remember.) Thank you for the free upgrade!!!
Cons:I wish the Oxford office had been open when I arrived. I felt a little nervous leaving the car.
