Cons:Non-smoking car was obviously smoked in. Didn't fully realize this until we were underway.

Cons:The first rental I picked up started overheating 20 minutes after leaving the lot, I had to return the car after being told to go to a different enterprise to swap the car, no one had one available so I still had to return to the original site to swap out the car. Very time consuming.

Cons:Enterprise policy meant that I could not use a card for payment that I had used at other rental companies. It was a Paypal business card that can be processed as a debit or credit card and I had used it just last summer at ACE rental with no issues. This really threw a wrench into the works and I had difficulty making other arrangements. The person I was dealing with was courteous but refused to even attempt to run my card as a credit card as I do on dozens of occasions every week. It was very inconvenient. The gentleman did allow me to return the vehicle without filling the gas tank for our trouble, but it was still a great delay and inconvenience.
