Pros:The team was kind and quickly went through rental procedure.
Cons:It is very hard to find those who are in parking lot for returning vehicle, or any dents or scratches prior to leaving. A large return sign check point and perhaps a single point outside for scratch and dent concerns would be very helpful. Guys in a badly parked truck looked like other customers.

Pros:I dropped off at a different location because it was close to my house. Everything went smooth.

Pros:I was upgraded from a compact to an SUV at no charge when my reserved choice was not available almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time.
Cons:I had to push for an upgrade...it wasn't offered. I would think this would have been an option that would have been offered on THEIR part. My reservation was made 3 days in advance.

Pros:All of the staff that I interacted with were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Cons:Drop off was a little bit confusing because there didn’t seem to be a dedicated spot for returns. There were two aisles where you could park the car instead and staff would come meet you where you parked.

Cons:Horrible service, dont use this branch in Theodore Alabama, the employees don't care at all and lie to get out of your reservation because you got a cheap price and they don't want to honor it because they need cars and can sell them for more, also had vehicles and didn't want to give it to me because it was an upgrade but not my fault they rented out my car. We ended up with a truck and it ruined our trip we got stuck in a bad thunderstorm both ways and had to pull over on the interstate to move my daughter to the middle front seat which is not safe so we could put our luggage from the bed of the truck in the cab so our stuff wasn't wet!! Ruined our trip will never rent here again!!!
