No surprise charges at check in with a pre paid rental
Pros:Car was clea
Cons:Fraudulent company that just wants to steal your money. Customer service did not work work with us to help us out. Our car was in the wrong location and we didn't have money to go get it, and they did not help us out to get there. We felt like they were very dishonest and a rude company.
Pros:I liked the vehicle very nice drove great and absolutely comfortable

Cons:not clear instructions for drop off (no one was at the site, and there were multiple signs with different information on them).
Pros:The rep we dealt with was fantastic. and made things right with the smoke situation. We also received a free upgrade because they didn't have the car we wanted.

Pros:It was Pre-booking and things went well when I needed to extend a day longer with Hertz Company.
Pros:The staff were very unfriendly and did not attempt to help us at all. They acted powerless because it was through a third party. The girl that checked us in had a sour attitude and made the start to our vacation poor. She doesn’t need to be in customer service.
Cons:We accidents selected the wrong time to pick up our car and were 2 hours late. No one called us and I think that would be something beneficial so that people could try to get there as quickly as possible.
Cons:The car provided to me was filthy. I could barely see through the smeared windshield, and there wasn't a drop of washer fluid. Worse, there was a terrible scraping sound that Hertz must have known about. This car should not have been rented to anyone, certainly not at the high price that I paid. It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had.
Pros:The staff at the Airport didn't seem to care one way or the other. The staff at the remote rental location were excellent!
Pros:I liked nothing about it i never used the car anf yall took travel insurance n i never rented the car and i need my money back
