My flight was diverted to Dallas vs Oklahoma City and the company I rented from would not let me transfer the rental. Instead offered to charge me a $100 no show fee + taxes for a total cost of $114.57.

Booked a car through kayak. Upon arrival, budget did not have any vehicles available. Booked another vehicle through budget customer service line at a different location. Again upon arrival, the new location did not have a vehicle available. Budget has poor active inventory tracking.

The rental was okay the key fob was broken and it was hard to start. When I returned it a day early I dropped the key in the box however, I discovered that my son had left a tote in the back of the car and they dont check the cars so It is now missing with a bunch of tools at a $600 value we tried to talk to the girl at the counter and she was very uncooperative and now he has not been able to get ahold of anyone at the budget counter. We have no idea who has his tote that left with the rental vehicle.
