Cons:Tricky to find the drop off entrance. Unclear if it's on the airport or off Routes 1-9.

Cons:Our initial car was not very clean and then started to have engine trouble so we had to change cars mid way during our trip. Also I have not received my receipt! In addition I thought our pick up spot was at the airport but it turned out is was not and we had to Uber to the location.

Cons:Tried to sell extra unnecessary liability insurance while allocating the car....this should be offered at the reception desk.
Cons:I expected to pay £457.67 to hire a SUV for 8 days from the Newark Airport Branch. The final bill was £666.98! I was not given any documentation at the collection point to highlight these hidden costs as 'the printer was broken' When I was given the vehicle keys, I was told that I did not have any insurance and a smartly dressed representative strongly advised that I needed to take out insurance at a cost of $181.93. After a long flight and needing to travel immediately I paid the extra. Other hidden charges were found to be rental of a FSO? $46 and a range of other fees.
Pros:Jennifer, the young lady who received me at the time I was picking up the car made a great impression and was really helpful and professional. I rented from many others locations in recent months and she made this really unique. Working in hospitality, I can tell she knows how to relate to the client which is important.
