Pros:Nothing. Easily the worst service from beginning to end that I have ever had with renting a car. Not only was the vehicle filthy dirty inside and out, the XM radio that I purchased did not work, the extra key to the vehicle was broken, and when trying to fix these issues I was placed on hold for approximately 30 minutes while a solution to the problem was not really solved.
Cons:The vehicle had not been cleaned out. This included vacuuming the floor boards, but also included food that was stuck in the door panels. This food had been there so long that it was moldy. Pretty disgusting. While checking out the vehicle from the Tulsa Airport kiosk, the service agent never got off of their personal cell phone while I was trying to check out the vehicle. Pretty awful customer service. After renting the vehicle and adding on Sirius XM Radio, the Sirius did not work. I called Enterprise and it took approximately 30 minutes to fix the problem. During this time I explained that I was pretty disappointed with my experience up until this point and described the above to the service agent on the phone, including that if I am going to be spending over $100 renting a vehicle it AT MINIMUM should be clean, and should never have moldy food in the door panels. The service agents response? "How does free Sirius XM sound" - Yeah, thanks. the service that I've paid for and has taken a 30 minute phone call to fix is now free, but I still have moldy food in a dirty car. A terrible experience
