Great service, Wish all cars had cruise control st
Pros: We were able to swap out our 1st non-cruise control car (Economy class) for one that had cruise control on it (Compact class, I think). It was a really hassle-free swap once we found a location that had a car available. If you definitely want cruise control, be sure to ask about that ahead of time and check the car when you pick it up.
Cons: First car that we picked up didn't have cruise control, which was not going to be convenient for our long trip.

Not an actual Enterprise rental location!!
Cons: The Enterprise location was actually a Geico insurance claim office connected with a collision repair location. There isn't even any Enterprise signage anywhere for you to know you're in the right location. The rental car agent was one girl in a cluttered office that was either new or just extremely unorganized. The pick-up process took a painfully long time because the agent wasn't proficient with the paperwork or program on the computer. There was nowhere to sit or stand, so I had to stand in the doorway of her office while she typed in my information with her back turned to me. When atrempting to use our company account membership, she had no idea how to access or enter my information so I could get credit, so I ended up just waiving the ability to garner our discount. The car was not even ready or on sight and I had to wait for someone to bring it from another location. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no one there to accept it from me, so I had to resort to just leaving the keys with a gentleman who worked for Geico. This location should not be renting vehicles to the public!

Cons: The website did not reflect the Tulsa airport Enterprise office and I called the number for what I thought was the address (on Memorial Drive) which is the street Tulsa airport is on. I guess it's not and the airport office didn't have my reservation. However, they did give an upgrade though.
