Pros:The drop off at airport was convenient which was comp’d because of the terrible service.
Cons:Everything. We waited over an hour for a rental truck that smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It was awful.

Pros:We were thrilled with our experience with Enterprise especially compared with our previous experience with Alamo 2months prior. No hidden charges or hard sell for insurance we didn't need. Enterprise will be our company of choice for future car rentals.

Pros:Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.
Cons:The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Ever had a bad experience with an enterprise car until this rental.

Cons:Guy conned me told me 228.03 was a deposit that would be refunded in 1to 3 days. I'm told now it was extra insurance what bullshit. I paid priceline I would not have spent another dime on that rental CON refund my money NOW!!
