Cons:Good car, condition and service!
Pros:Nice car. Good rate. Helpful service. We changed drop off dates and locations several times. They were always accommodating.
Pros:Quick in Quick out. Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy at all. Great Value. I have been going to airport offices mostly. I should go to this neighborhood rental offices more
Pros:The guys in the office are thoughtful and responsive. The car was clean and in good condition. Never had to wait very long. They are out to please for sure.

Cons:The actual pick-up area was in the parking garage which was not indicated on the reservation nor the counter where all other car rental companies were located. We waited for 15 minutes before another car company informed us that there was another area to go to.

Cons:We felt pressured to up grade our vehicle. I wish that they would have explained the toll road policy before we left the airport, it would have saved us a lot of time and worry.

Cons:The car wasn't that clean. It was clean, but it looked like someone tried to clean it as fast as possible. The main issue were the brakes. The car had 24k miles on it, and was very new, however the brakes felt awful. They would squeek at lower speeds, and at freeway speeds would shudder strong enough to shake the entire vehicle and have my 5 passengers notice. It was definitely a safety issue. 0/10 would not rent again.
