Pros: No issues with the car. Michael took the time to review how to operate the vehicle as well as Radio/Cruise control/air/heat, how to open fuel, hid rear seats. Never had this kind of service.
Cons: Didn't have the vehicle I reserved on-line. Was given a free upgrade but not as fuel efficient. Policies regarding scratches/damage not the same in Elk Grove compared to So Cal. Caused me a lot of distress because I was going to be charged for damages that were already on the vehicle but since on the bumper not considered as damage in SoCal but was in NoCal. When I refused ins at $44 per day offered for $19 per day, This is shady business.

Car rental nightmare
Cons: Pretty much nothing went right. We were picking up the car following a flight into Orange County. It turns out that the Santa Anna rental location was 6+ miles away from the airport. We had to take an Uber to the enterprise location. We were also told that unlike every other enterprise location, they could not pick us up at the airport. I checked at the airport location to see if they would honor the reservation and was told it would cost over $100 more. The one thing enterprise agent at the Santa Ana office did do was discount the one-way fee to compensate for our having to pay for an Uber to get to the location. Then when we went to return the car back at the orange county airport, the computers were down and was told that the car could be checked in the following morning. When I called the airport location the following morning to see if the car had been checked in, the call was not routed to the airport but rather to a call center. They were unable to tell if the car had been checked in. I never got a receipt emailed to me showing that the car was checked in as promised. I had to call the next morning only to find out that the car had been checked in with l damage noted and a resulting charge. Fortunately, when I had left the car at the airport, I had taken a video showing that there was no damage to the car. I spoke to the phone representative who was willing to check in the car completely and remove any damage charges. To top it off the car stunk with a smell that was unsuccessfully masked with an excessive application of air freshener. Needless to say, a VERY unsatisfactory experience.
