Cons:Vehicle originally rented was not available and the replacement option was not luxury....the replacement (van )took over 1.5 hours to get ready. The inside of the van was filthy dirty and I had to personally disinfect it before our trip. The salesman offered an 8 % discount which was not worth switching vehicle types. With covid going on, I assumed the cleaning process would be more through to prevent the spread.
Cons:Interior and windows were not very clean. Weren't informed the gas cap was removed by Enterprise. Caused a bit of worry.
Pros:Super easy pick up and drop off. Friendly staff!
There was a long wait. But the employees were patient and continues to follow up.
Pros:Had to use the car extra days and staff was super helpful.
Cons:Letting the customer know that they could pick up and drop off at other locations. I needed a ride 7 miles away. I was told they could not take me over 4 miles. The facility was understaffed but polite.
Pros:Staff was very friendly
Cons:I did not get my vehicle until 3 1/2 hours after my requested time.
I rented a luxury car, they gave it away when I showed up an hour past pick up. Gave me a Mazda and only adjusted my day rate $8
Cons:They did not rent with Panama drivers license!!! A first

Cons:The car they gave me at first could have had an axel that wasn’t broken. I had to drive a car that was a danger to operate to return it
