Pros:The first rental I got had a battery problem when I went to exchange it it was not a problem at all

Cons:Drop oof location was moved for construction. I booked a taxi to pick me up there and it added hours to my trip with the confusion. Change your website enterprise.
Pros:Truck we rented was very comfortable. We felt safe driving in very poor weather conditions.

Pros:Staff said they would drop me off...I was told to be there after 2:30. I was also told they were at the Watertown airport which is not the case and the Sheriff at the airport said they get numerous customers coming there for enterprise. When I got to the right place it was 3:30 because I was at the airport for 20 minutes, on hold with local office waiting for a employee to answer for 20 minutes. When I called again a girl picked up and said I was misinformed by one of the employees and the radius of drop off is 15 miles and no one could take me to Clayton.
Cons:Staff needs to know the policies. Website needs to state the radius. Staff needs to answer the phone...I have yet to get through to the Syracuse staff to dispute the bill. I got charged 173 and The Syracuse guy gave me paper work for 139
