I would first like to say the workers at the enterprise at syracuse airport were very nice and helpful. The day i went to pick up my car, it was insanely busy. there was truly not enough staff, which is more of a management problem. But the car i received had a tail light out and even though it had been “cleaned” it reeked of weed. the carplay cut out multiple times as well. but they were already so busy and selling out cars i couldn’t go without a car for my vacation.Reviewed Jul 11 2026

They informed me less than 24 hours in advance of pickup that the passenger van was not available. It seems there was a recall, made public in early June. When I asked for assistance in locating a replacement vehicle, no assistance was offered. I attempted to use the chat, spoke with someone I called in customer service, and I followed up with an online contact form. No return contact from anyone at Enterprise, despite being told I would have contact and that this matter was being escalated. To take the trip with our Girl Scout troop, we rented a midsized SUV from Avis and I took a personal vehicle. This more than doubled the cost from fuel. Driving time was increased greatly. The rental was significantly more expensive than what we thought we would pay by reserving in advance. I will not trust this process again.Reviewed Aug 14 2025
