Cons:The car size requested was not available. They attempted to force me to take a van. I refused had to wait hours for my vehicle
Pros:Easy pickup & drop off. No hassles.
Cons:Nissan has less legroom than I hoped
Pros:Pick up and drop off went very smoothly. In fact, I didn't even have to go into the airport when returning my car; there was an employee in the lot who checked in my car right there when I pulled in and gave me a receipt. The car was great, too. No problems, no surprises. $200 for 9 days.

Pros:Pick up was fast and easy. They didn't have the type of car I reserved, so they upgraded me for free. Car was clean and in great shape. Drop off took me minutes. Staff was super friendly on pick up and drop off.
Cons:There's no signs, I had to wait 15+ minutes for anyone from hertz to get there after I eventually found the office, and the drop box is sketchy
Pros:I got a great price on a weekly rental, $199 and some change. When I went to pick it up they offered me a free upgrade to a SUV which I accepted. It was a brand new Jeep Compass which I enjoyed driving very much. I couldn't be happier with the customer service or the vehicle. I would definitely go to Hertz again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Pros:The clerk was polite and helpful and the choice of vehicles was very good.
Cons:I really wish hertz would pick people up like Enterprise does - if you do not pick up your rental at the time, a person has to pay a lot for a cab or uber to get back to this pick up point. Even if there was a $5 fee, that would be a lot less than uber or a cab.
Pros:I reserved a mid-size car. It was not available.
Cons:The car smelled of SMOKE. Yuck!
Pros:It was worth a quick Uber ride to the Hertz location 8 miles from the airport.
Cons:Hard to find since there was not a Hertz sign on the building at the Collision center. Also when I went to get gas as i was returning the car, i noticed there was no gas cap on it.
