The car was great and the Enterprise staff were great. A consistent problem is the lack of staffing. There are 2-3 people that are doing EVERYTHING and they are doing it well, but wait times are much longer than they should be. Corporate properly staffing the office would solve this issue.

Smaller vehicle than committed. SUV not full of gas, almost empty. Soft suspension. Arrived safely & Enterprise Mngr has made it right.

It would have been nice to know that I needed a credit card to rent the larger van. I ended up with a smaller van in the end. I was a bit miffed that no one had informed me before I arrived to pick it up. Otherwise the service was very good.
