Pros:Really helpful staff, will use again
Cons:I cancelled this reservation over a month ago. I still have the confirmation email. Please ensure my card was not charged. Thank you, Robyn Disselkoen
Pros:There was nothing to like about the Enterprise located at the Inn at the Colonnade hotel.
Cons:Customer service. In addition to having no one at the desk for 10-15 minutes, when she arrived she told me there were no cars available. The only solution she offered was to go to the airport since other local branches were sold out and a half-hearted apology. There was no offer for future discounts
Pros:I have rented from this office many times for work and they have always been professional and accommodating. Although they're often very busy, they always greet me with a smile and help me as quickly as possible. The cars are always clean and relatively new. I would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone!!!
Pros:Nothing and poor customer service
Cons:I had my trip planned and I am on the train confirming a pick up and they transferred me to customer service. I advised the representative what I was doing and she mentions a 250.00 deposit..my first time hearing this. I asked her what the deposit was for and she said it was standard but could not explain. To me what that meant. She then said well I can go 200.00 for the deposit but that us the lowest I can go. I did not ask for a reduction I wanted to know what it was for and why was this not added to my original quote and asked for s manager. She placed me on hold for 20 minutes and then came back like I was a new customer. She tried to give me the same explanation and I requested a supervisor and she said no one was available. So wait you left me on hold for 20 minutes to come back and let me know no one was available. So I proceeded to give her education on customer service and she then said I found someone. I told this Supervisor what happened and that I was on a train with 2 small kids thinking I planned my trip to the tee and you tell me about a 250.00 deposit and I must have missed the fine print. I advised him I did not miss anything and he proceeded to tell me he was sorry I got it mixed up. Really I did not miss anything and still had my reservation in hand with all the fees and no mention of a deposit. He also could not explain what the deposit was for. Either way I,had him cancel the reservation and he was happy to comply despite the lack of concern what dilemma he had placed me on but no worries because when I was on hold I booked another reservation with Avis and had no issues. I will never rent with Enterprise ever and will share this story with everyone I encounter.
Cons:Be sure to check the exact address of location, especially is a large city. I thought I made my online vehicle rental reservation at my local airpor location. I missed the fine print. It was 26 miles miles from the airport. Luckily my friend dropping me off did not mind rerouting me to the correct location.
Cons:We got the rental via priceline for about $175 (one way, 3 days). When we arrived they said it would be about $475. Fortunately, since BWI has all their rentals in one location, a quick search got us a car at our original price (but full sized instead of compact).
Cons:My reservation was for a 4:00 PM pick up. That location, unbeknownst to me, closed at 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM to find the attendant already closing up and the keys to our rental already locked in a safe that could not be accessed until the next morning. We were stranded without a car. The attendant knew he had a 4:00 PM rental.
Pros:Value for the price and I even was able to keep for an extra day.
Cons:Nothing at this time.
Pros:After another Enterprise branch royally screwed up my reservation and wouldn't do a thing to fix their own mistake, Billy at Frederick Ave in Baltimore came through somehow (they had been having their own challenges that day with a malfunctioning safe) and found me a car at the absolute last hour (he even waited 5 minutes after closing time because I hit traffic in an Uber trying to get there from the other branch.) Great guys. Also, the location is easy to get to the highway from, and it's a straight shot to the inner harbor.
