Pros:Customer service was great.

Cons:I went to the location - and it didn't exist!!!! I tried calling, no answer. Checked at two local businesses - and they said that it was gone. The concierge at my hotel told me it closed two months ago.
Car had break issues and the drivers side was scrapping really loud. Other than that the personnel were great and very nice. Experience was number 1. Car lowered my rating because the car was not in good condition.
Cons:For the price there is a selection of cars. But they didn't gave us a selection.
Pros:Compact car efficiently able to navigate city/suburban streets and parking.
Cons:The USB connection did not work. Hopefully this can be repaired for the next renter.
Pros:I started off very pleased with them. They let me change my pick up time. They answered all my questions. The car was clean and ran well. I enjoyed the car itself. It was nice to have bluetooth and XM radio. The pick up process and the actual car itself was great.
Cons:However, there were problems with the drop off. I was told I can drop it off anywhere. When I arrived at the Hilton to return the car there were no signs for Hertz. Luckily a bell hop directed me to the counter, but no one was there, nor had been there all day. Calling Hertz, they merely said to just keep waiting, which is useless. Finally I called another local branch who informed me that the Hilton branch had been down all week. So I had to just abandon the car there, give the keys to the front desk, and hope they didn't try to charge me extra for anything. I offered to drive it to the second location, but no one would be able to drop me back off in the correct neighborhood. I just don't understand why I was directed there in the first place and it took 2 calls to fix it. There were 2 other customers waiting for pick up there. They hadn't been informed of any issues either. It was very unprofessional. At least they offered to take full responsibility for any new scratches and promised I wouldn't be charged a late fee.
It was a very easy car rental experience. Gabriel was awesome!
Pros:Both the check in and the rental return were super easy and efficient.
