Pros:Derek, in Buffalo, was excellent in taking care of our vehicle pick up. We also got a nicer car than expected. The two gentleman in Brockport at drop-off were also very friendly and took care of us promptly. I don't remember their names.

Cons:The 1800 number didn't mention several important factors like if driving out of state need permission, and animals not allowed in the car. It didn't cause any issues, but had the potential. The associates at the location were very good.

Cons:Closed on Sunday, so had to find own way to return to place of origin, which is one reason to choose Enterprise.
Pros:The manager at this location (Adam) was amazing. He was able to switch my rental from the airport location, and offer me the same price, which actually turned out to be cheaper because I didn't have to pay the "extra charge" for picking up at the airport. When we returned the minivan, he even took a little more money off because we had found some garbage from previous renter under the seat. I also want to mention that it is such a better experience when the vehicle has such low mileage. I felt like I had a brand new vehicle for a couple of days! When we go on road trips, we always rent, and we will definitely come to this particular location again in the very near future. Thank you so much, Adam!
Cons:The only thing we didn't like was finding a small amount of garbage from previous renter. But since it was under the seat, I guess it could be easily missed. And the manager (Adam) more than made up for that. Because of the low mileage, the car was clean regardless.
