Pros:This particular site was outstanding in providing great and courteous service. They were prompt in delivering the car and were able to satisfy all my needs very well.
Pros:Easy pick up and great customer service
Cons:Nothing to do with this location but at some point someone had smoked in the car. Only really strong after being closed up.
Pros:Jason was very accommodating and polite. I I had to return the car a couple hours later than anticipated and he told me that was not a problem which I really appreciated.
Pros:I got a great rental at Hertz!
Cons:I attempted to book online 2 times (on the Enterprise Site), I got all the way to payment and whack, disconnected. I follow-up with a call, disconnected! I guess you no longer need/want my business.
Pros:Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.
Cons:They would not rent me a car without a “credit card” even though my Visa debit card worked just fine for Kayak to make my reservation and charge me $88 for the insurance I ordered for the car. And I requested a refund, but of course that’s a different company, so I have to take it up with them. I emailed the insurance company with no response!

Cons:When I picked it up, there was a fairly strong cigarette smoke smell in the vehicle and two cigarette burns in the seats. Otherwise, it was very clean.
Pros:I did not get a rental he called me at 2pm which was my reservation time to tell me they didnt have pick ups.
Cons:Dont let me reserve something online if its not at the location, online option should say not available.
I paid up front for a luxury vehicle, plus a $300 deposit. I got a ford f150 that smelled like cigarette smoke. The pickup and drop off were ok. To date I e received half of my deposit. When I call to inquire, I go to a voice mail that has not been set up.
Pros:This location always gives great service and bends over backwards to be sure you are satisfied. A stark contrast to the airport location where I recently had a bad experience. I never heard from Enterprise corporate in response to a follow up email. But I digress, this location is one of the best I have dealt with. Good clean cars and great service!!
Cons:Nothing comes to mind, explanation of fees was complete and thorough.
