Excellent! The team at the specific site (Chamartin train station in Madrid) could not have been more friendly and helpful. Extremely professional!! Great team!!

Didn’t work out, there was no car available, insurance was not included. I ended up renting through their website, paying way more for insurance and waited for couple of hours to get a car (availability).

I had to wait an hour because of limited rental cars, but it all worked out. They gave me a great rate and a fuel allowance. It pays to be nice and understanding when employees are just trying to make due with what they have.

I made a reservation for a truck online. Showed up and was told they did not have a truck. Made another reservation at a different enterprise online for a truck. Showed up and you guessed it, they did not have a truck again. Why allow someone to reserve a vehicle if you don’t actually have it?

They tried a bait and switch. Pretended not to have the confirmed car and demanded I pay more. When I refused they threatened to call the police!! Google them, seems to be standard practice.
