The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible after an issue caused by an error from their central services. They remained professional throughout and explained the rental terms and conditions clearly. Their support was greatly appreciated. The car was really clean and brand New (1000km)

Experience was great, my issue has been with kayak I bought a car insurance when I was doing the booking and I received an email after a couple days saying that my insurance was not valid and it was too late for me to get another one.
