Really nice truck nice and smooth down the highway would love to have had heated seats or steering wheel but other than that great truck!

The staff were friendly and cordial. However, I rented a Toyota Tacoma and received another type of pickup truck which to be honest I didn’t like. I had to do several trips to transport a sofa.On a previous occasion I rented with your company and same location the Tacoma and did the same in only one trip. Very disappointing experience if you do t have the car the client rented at least let them know via email or text of the situation.

When I went to pick up my rental car the location was closed. It makes absolutely no sense they would allow me to book a car starting at the time when the location closes.

The car wasn t available at the pick up point, not even other similar car, no one informed me about this, I took a taxi and go to the airport in order to get another car from there because they didn’t bring me one ar the pickup point. Spent 40 euros fot taxi and 2 hours in order to get the car. At the airport they force me to pay for 2 days for 1 day and 1 hour 🤯 for a different. I took the car at 12 am and bring back at 13 pm. I should have taken the car at 10:00 am and I miss 2 hours for so many problems
