Scheduled pick up time was 9 AM, didn’t leave the lot until 10 AM, when I arrived at the front counter, no one was there for 30 minutes, to the point where another customer had to go past the front desk, walk to the back office area to find a staff member for assistance.

I did NOT get the vehicle I made a reservation for. I was very frustrated and the associate who assisted me, was rude like and she was a manager. So, this trip was not good for me.

They give me a Mini-van not a awd 7passager suv…. The van was dirt, wet smell bad and have trouble to change or maje it clean at laval/st-martin
