Reserved the van months in advance. Enterprise did not have a van for me at pick up time. What's the point of a reservation???? We had to make alternate arrangements.

Credit card that is accepted by enterprise on the us they decline to take a deposit out of it and they left us stranded in the middle of the night with a lot of rain and a one year old with us. Simply they refused service to us and we had to go to another company around midnight in the rain where we got ripped off to rent a car...for a small compact car they charged us 1100 $
