No problems. Was a pleasure to deal with.
Perfect!
Car was good size. The drop off experience was good. The pickup was bad. They said they would pick us up at the port when we arrived. When I called they said “just call a cab”. Both Enterprise and the local office assured us of the pickup. They didn’t follow through.
They were fast, efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I had made reservations at the wrong location and they transferred it for me quickly despite large crowds. They were fantastic!
I have been renting cars regularly for holidays for almost 40 years. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service! From pick up to drop off - exceptional. I highly recommend this crew!!!
One way rental. Awesome service at both locations. Best car rental service experience I’ve had! Highly recommended.
Great, the manager fixed what Kayak did. For that we are great full. Kayak showed a different car for Economy price. When we got to enterprise, the car was nowhere like the picture. They had the exact car in the parking lot but they considered that one SUV price. So it was false advertisement that drew us in and the Manager gave us a car that satisfied us for what Kayak did.
I was very happy with Enterprise with the ease of the rental to the price of the rental and I was able to be picked up and brought back home when returning the rental. Thank you!! Eunice Perry
2nd time I reserved a car and an hour before pick up time they call to say they have no cars!! I’m Done with that company.
The service at Roxbury Boston enterprise was absolutely amazing All of the employees were so nice. Professional,, & just wonderful to deal with 5star service
