I couldn’t rent the car. It was not made clear that debit cards were not accepted for out of state travelers. I do not own a credit card. Additionally I wanted 45 minutes for a five minute shuttle.

Quinton, was very organized and handled a crowded waiting room, and lots of turn-ins very well.

They gave me a roach infested car and I’m pregnant and had it packed with all new baby stuff while I drove it for 10 hrs

There was. 45 minute wait to pic up the car. In the middle of the day on a Friday that was unacceptable. On top of that, the return location was changed from what I had reserved.

I reserved a car near the train station in Krakow Poland. This location is not open on Sunday (the day I reserved it for).
