Pros:The manager Nora was Fabulous! Kind & knowledgeable! The car was clean! The pick up & drop off went really smooth!
Pros:Great price through CarRentals.com (booked via Kayak), great car, and a really good experience except for pickup.
Cons:On the morning of my reservation, I called a few hours before the reservation was supposed to start to ask if I could pick up the vehicle early, which it was not. They called back a little while later, still before my scheduled pickup time, to let me know the vehicle was now available, but at that time I was otherwise engaged, so ended up not needing an early pickup. I showed up a few hours later, still early in the afternoon, only to find my vehicle had been given away and there was no other option except for a cargo van; I had a total of (4) passengers, so this would not work. They eventually found an available vehicle at another Hertz location, so paid for a Lyft to take me there (about 20 minutes away). To make up for my inconvenience, they covered all the gas I used on the rental (just over two days). I'm glad they made it right in the end, but I don't understand a business model that gives away a vehicle from a confirmed order to appease pop-up demands. Almost no other industry could get away with that without huge issues.
Pick up was Great, Hertz closed at 530pm and return time was at 8pm after hours the next day. At checkin Hertz Rep said “No problem for after hours return if closed. Just lock the car and return keys In drop box”. I return car the next at 7pm before my 8pm return time and drop keys in rental box. I few hrs later I receive an alert from my CC advising me of a Fraudulent $100 charge made by Hertz rent-a-car that was just attempted on my card. Thankfully My Bank declined the charge. Be careful who you rent from.
Pros:Alyssa was pleasant and professional. Realized the original vehicle I reserved via on-line was not available... so, she upgraded me - complimentary! She explained the 'drop-box' feature for my return and made certain I had answers to all my question prior to departure - thorough!!
Cons:Drop off was confusing since it was at a hotel. Should be provided details of drop off when not at a hertz location.
Cons:They had no cars for me. Could not tell me when they would have one. I waited 45 minutes then finally gave up. They didn't even offer to find me a car at a different location. I was headed out of town and this nearly ruined the trip. Had to scramble at the last minute to find alternative transport. Also, I asked them to cancel my reservation but the charge was still on my credit card. I'm still trying to get that taken off.
Pros:A great deal
Cons:no one answers the phone there. vehicle was not ready for my pickup when i returned the vehicle, the person at the desk did not inspect the vehicle right away and she was not busy at all. if we had inspected the vehicle then, I would not have left my garage opener in the vehicle.
Pros:It was easy to pick up and drop off. The staff was super friendly!!!! Cheaper then renting at the airport.

Pros:Quick & efficient. Got a very nice SUV which was very comfortable and roomy. Perfect for our road trip. Mitch the gentleman we dealt with was very nice.
Cons:That they charged extra for my spouse. Had just rented with Rnterprise. the week before and they allowed spouses free as an extra driver.
