The car that was promised never materialized. I had to go to rent a wreck to get a car. Kayak confirmed my rental. Enterprise denied it

Pros:

Megan at the airport desk was incredibly helpful. She made the impossible happen for us. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Cons:

The interior console was slightly sticky, but the turn around on the vehicle was so fast. Everything else looked great.
