Pros:
Pickup was fine. Drop-off location is closed. Hertz has the correct location on their website, however KAYAK is listing a CLOSED location.5.6 Fair

Pros:
The staff was very quick and got me in-and-out fast on both the pick up and drop off.Cons:
The car was a crappier model than what I was expecting. There was some sort of mechanical issue that was causing vibration and noise. It smelled like it had been smoked in for all of its 14,000 miles. The steering wheel was sticky. The vehicle braked suddenly and unexpectedly while I was driving.8.0 Very good

Pros:
The godawful car that I got from the Newark Hertz got a flat tire and the Pocono Township Hertz was nearby. They let us swap out the bad car for one that had four working tires.Cons:
It would have been nice if I didn't have to stop here in the first place.Avis
