Don’t rent from Europcar! The issue is they charge for minor wear and tear…in our case a minor 10cm scratch on the alloy hubcap. Cost $350. I suggest go with a different company.Reviewed Jan 3 2025

Car itself was great. Understaffed pick up desk. Waited 45 minutes to get the car once at the car park. When returning, there was no staff and no signage/directions for how to return (at 8:30 am) and had to walk to the arrivals area of the airport to inform staff there of the returned car.Reviewed Nov 11 2024

The pick up was amazing, the staff on that day talked us through everything. The drop off however was bad, the location was terrible to find and there wasn’t anyone there. Just a note on the door saying that they’re already of for the day (hours before the normal closing time). Since I had some questions about the rental, it was disappointing that I didn’t had anyone to talk to. The car itself was good, besides the point that the connection to the phone wasn’t working, wich made the experience less pleasant. It was a big safety issue trying to navigate with the phone while there was no good place to put it. The staff that we called just told us that there’s nothing he can do because it’s probably a issue with the cords in the car.Reviewed Aug 18 2024
