I was not given a code for entering garage.l when was getting car in Zurich. Instead, I was given a phone number to call. This number was not responding. As the result I have missed my private excursion in Basel. I was lucky that someone else was also returning car and had a garage code. I liked that the office is near the train station. There was a long walk to the car, though, and the parking garage was dark and I could not see any damages to the car until after departing. The staff in Granada were efficient and helpful; however, in Sevilla, I was told that I was responsible for 3 scratches/damages, which 100% were there already. But since I purchased the full insurance, I luckily didn’t need to pay. It just doesn’t give me confidence about renting with Europcar again.Reviewed May 8 2026

These absolute thiefs did not honor my rental reservation from kayak and made me pay $400 extra in order to reserve the car. This is never happened with any other company and I will never use this company again.Reviewed May 8 2026
