Car Was Late & They Tried to Charge Us for DamagePros:The car was in good condition.Cons:The car was not ready on time. Also, when we returned the car, they tried to charge us for damage that must have been there when we rented the car but it was so miniscule that no one noticed it. The front bumper was misaligned by millimeters. We had to squat down and stare closely to even notice. Finally, over three weeks later, it seems they decided not to charge us because I received a final receipt that did not include a charge for the "damage". I know no one wants to admit that they damaged a rental car, but really--we didn't. What's more, I could have driven this car for years and never noticed.Reviewed Jan 17 2017
