Pros:

The scheduled pick up time was for after this location was already closed. We showed up and no one was there. Very disappointing! We had to change our plans and come back the next day. The staff was not apologetic at all and said oh yeah we tried to call you. I guess they don’t know how to use a phone because I never got a phone call. Very unprofessional and super inconvenient. Made my husband late for work. Also when we pick the car up the following morning they tried to give my husband a smaller cheaper car than what we had originally paid for no offer for an upgrade or anything better because of the inconvenience. Overall very poor experience.

Pretty much everything.

As a Fastbreak member I was disappointed that my reservation was canceled this weekend only a few min before I arrived at the location. This is the second time this has happened this year (first time was in LA where I waited 1.5 hours for a car). I should have learned my lesson then.

I reserved a car at Hertz for the wrong date, so I had none. I turned to Budget and both Dante and Dierdre were enormously helpful getting me on the road. You can be happy you have employees like them.

Told me 30 min before I was to pick up my car that they didn’t have any cars. Ruined my trip Had to Uber to the airport and wait in every line for hours just to be told by every car rental co they were sold out. Literally ruined my trip No idea how they can do that when I had a reservation for a week. Didn’t give me any chance to book elsewhere, like at a reliable company. I will NEVER EVER use hertz and I suggest u don’t either. I HAD A RESERVATION FOR A WEEK AND TGEY CALLED ME 30 min PRIOR TO PICK UP. Didn’t help me or try to get my a car AT ALL. It was a complete and total NIGHTMARE SITUATION. I had children I was driving to summer camp. They were all packed and ready. And DEVASTATED. THIS IS NOT OK.

Pros:

The staff was not friendly AT ALL! I will never go there again. The car smelled like smoke and alcohol (they had a sign cars would be smoke free..). One of the staff was rude the entire time and the car was dirty and with a broken transponder. I will DISSUADE people from ever doing business with AVIS at this location. Overall HORRIBLE !

Cons:

DO NOT RENT CARS AT THIS LOCATION! ! ! The car smelled like smoke and alcohol badly and we found the car extremely dirty with cookies and fries under the seats (all of this during Covid times...). They gave a car with maintenance issues and a broken transponder. Called the rep from the facility and mentioned I would have to clean car myself while I had to pay for all my toll roads. HORRIBLE! Please DO NOT rent cars from this branch!!!
