Pros:

literally nothing about the experience.

Cons:

I got the booking confirmation and was dropped off to pick up the car. only to be told "we have no cars for you" and absolute refusal to do anything to get me anywhere. had to miss my grandmother's memorial service because of this. very unhappy with this experience from the very beginning.

Avis charged $200 for security. I returned the car safely and perfectly the same day. Now they want to keep my $200 for up to two weeks. Ridiculous!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my vehicle to be ready. I also reserved an 8 seat van but only received a 7 seat van. It was too late to try and find another van.

Staff did not care about giving me a clean car. After I left, I called to report smoke issues with AC use and car stalling at times. Bad gas? No remedy was offered. When I got to the airport, Hertz was not even there to do my return. My car agent n vet discussed my plans at all The worst car rental ever. Maybe I should have gone through the Airport rental instead of private franchise. I put 4 calls into Hertz to help me...
